Qualifications
- 5+ years of Account Management/Business development experience
- Prior IT / IT Staffing or Solutions Sales experience
- Prior experience of building and managing assigned accounts
- Passionate about Sales, business development and meeting goals
- Needs to have a hunter salesperson persona and a growth-based mindset
- Ability to network, communicate and build strong and genuine relationships
- Make outbound calls to clients and customers to introduce services, build relationships, and schedule meetings.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients to understand their staffing needs and present tailored solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be ambitious and driven by success and rewards

- Bachelor’s degree
- COMPENSATION: The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 with a potential earning opportunity of $120K plus
- Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

- Identify, target, and secure new clients in the I.T. staffing space, focusing on Fortune 2000 companies and large enterprises.
- You will be responsible for growing an existing accounts and tasked with solidifying new relationships in efforts to expanding our portfolio of services within the market
- You must be able to develop relationships with key decision makers to maximize business opportunities for staffing offerings
- Secure new business with prospects and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure seamless communication and effective delivery of staffing solutions.
- Own the relationship with the client - drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions/escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Close, and manage all relationships with clients, prospective clients, and partners
- Participates in company-sponsored and company-hosted events
