Job Description:
- Salesforce Architecture & Implementation: Design and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions for enterprise-grade customers.
- Technical Solution Design: Develop strategies for identity and access management, data integrations, and performance optimization.
- Cross-Cloud Integration: Implement Salesforce solutions integrated with other cloud and on-premises systems.
- Security & Compliance: Assess vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, and ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements.
- Development & Customization: Lead custom development efforts, including Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and no-code solutions such as Flows.
- Release Management & CI/CD: Implement DevOps best practices, including version control, automated deployments, and Metadata API usage.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with designers, developers, network architects, and security analysts to maintain architectural standards.
- Process Optimization: Ensure data privacy, performance tuning, and architectural scalability while maintaining best practices.
- Documentation & Communication: Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), technical models, and risk mitigation plans while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Agile Development: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
