Job Description And Duties
Under the direction of the Research Data Supervisor I, the Research Data Analyst II independently performs varied and complex data analyses, builds and maintains business intelligence reports, and reviews, researches and responds to customer service inquiries on existing tools to support mental health program evaluation and quality improvement within the Statewide Mental Health Program (SMHP) and the Tele-Mental Health (TMH) program.
This position is located in the Mental Health Program. The program’s mission is to provide ethical, professional, and effective mental health care services for patients within all 35 of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s institutions statewide. With a competent, well-trained staff, they are committed to providing optimal care, promoting patients’ successful reintegration into society, and reducing recidivism.
