The Vice President of Supply Chain will play a critical leadership role in driving Blueprint's global supply chain strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for building and optimizing an end-to-end supply chain infrastructure that supports the company's ambitious growth goals, including supplier management, procurement, logistics, and inventory control. The VP of Supply Chain will ensure operational excellence, scalability, and cost efficiency while fostering cross-functional collaboration between production, sales, and operations. As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will also lead strategic initiatives, mitigate risks, and drive innovation across the supply chain.

Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy to support business growth and operational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee procurement processes, including purchase order management, supplier payments, and vendor performance tracking.
- Lead global logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods while minimizing costs and optimizing freight and warehouse networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and marketing, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Analyze and monitor supply chain KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, and geopolitical challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and data analytics to optimize supply chain processes.
- 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience, preferably in CPG or eCommerce.
- Proven ability to scale supply chain operations for global expansion.
- Expertise in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on cost optimization.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and data-driven supply chain management.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
- Experience with global supply chain optimization, including multi-region logistics and warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage large budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in international trade and customs.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
