Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Utilize HRIS for data collection and reporting purposes
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
• Support employee relations by addressing questions and concerns
• Manage social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding purposes
  
  

Experience:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, lever, Kronos, Ceridian, Taleo, iCIMS
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations (e.g., OSHA)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
