We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Analyst IV, Digital Business in Houston, Texas. This role involves acting as a liaison between technical staff and business owners, maintaining and updating project documentation, and working closely with other functions such as design, user experience, and technology.
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between technical staff and business owners, coordinating with users to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.
Maintain and update document repositories and the project documentation library.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Project Manager to define, prioritize, and plan the product and development roadmap.
Work on software application development projects, defining and documenting application requirements in collaboration with development and quality assurance teams.
Develop functional and technical software requirements and use cases in complex software development and integration projects.
Interact with both front-line and senior stakeholders to discuss business needs and facilitate a clear understanding of issues and their priority.
Anticipate functional issues as systems are integrated and proactively address potential technical and stakeholder challenges.
Maintain exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Leverage strong documentation and organizational skills to manage business process changes and systems integration efforts.
Develop a functional library of cross-referenced documents to support project/process documentation.
Utilize skills in SQL, Data Analysis, Agile Scrum, Stakeholder Management, Oracle, and Integration to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven experience in documentation and training
Strong planning and research abilities
A commitment to maintaining high quality standards
Experience in review processes and database management
Design skills with a focus on digital platforms
Supervisory experience, preferably in an agile environment
Knowledge of benefit functions and check processing procedures
Demonstrated ability to make progress in challenging circumstances
Experience as a liaison between different business units
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms
Advanced SQL skills and data analysis experience
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Experience with Oracle platforms and systems
Proven track record in successful integration projects
Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and suppliers
Experience working in an Agile environment.
