Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication:
- Respond to client inquiries, emails, and support tickets in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Ticket and Task Management:
- Review and prioritize incoming tickets or client requests.
- Assign tasks to the appropriate team members or departments based on skills, workload, and deadlines.
- Track the progress of tickets and provide updates to clients as needed.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively address potential delays.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks:

- Prepare status reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role, preferably in a web design, digital marketing, or creative agency setting.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Trello, Jira) and ticketing systems.
