We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team. Fully Remote Role, EST Hours a MUST.
This role is in the CPA firm industry and will involve working with the Workday Performance Team.
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in product team meetings and two-week sprints, utilizing tools such as JIRA for project management and deliverables
Assist in the update and maintenance of Workday, ensuring all updates are successfully transitioned into production
Set performance goals and conduct reviews to monitor progress and ensure continuous improvement
Collaborate with a diverse team, including a 30-person product team and a 5-person performance management group
Manage a variety of projects, such as loading performance goals, updating employee access, modifying assessment forms and reports, and handling data loads
Leverage your knowledge and experience with Workday Performance in a global environment to provide critical support
Exhibit initiative and drive, with a detail-oriented approach to documenting updates, requirements, and test scenarios
Translate technical requirements into business requirements, facilitating effective communication and understanding among teams
Utilize various tech tools, such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Workday, Slack, SharePoint, and Trello, to effectively manage tasks and projects.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ERP/CRM Consultant or in a related role.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements.
Ability to handle technical requirements and user requirements efficiently.
Demonstrable experience in system and software requirements.
Strong skills in requirements gathering and reporting requirements.
Proven ability in cross-functional project management.
Solid understanding of product data management and product configurations.
Experience in business reporting, client reporting, and data reporting.
Proficiency in using Workday, including Workday Enterprise Learning, Workday ERP, Workday HCM, Workday HRIS, and Workday Integration.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
