Required Skills:
6+ Experience in Java, Javascript, React, HTML, CSS
4+ years of programming experience in GoLang
6+ years of experience on AWS with focus on services like RDS, DynamoDB, EKS, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, Cloudtrail, Config, Cloudformation
2+ years of experience in monitoring and logging leveraging Splunk and Wavefront
Sound knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Experience developing software delivery leveraging DevOps, and agile practices/methodologies
Excellent communication skills: demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
Team player, possessing strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Desired Skills:
Experience with Scrum, Agile and iterative approaches is a plus
Seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer (AWS, Go, Python) who has a strong understanding and background in distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of Developing, managing, and testing Infrastructure as Code using one of the following CDK, or Terraform. Supporting, monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting services running on cloud with a focus on automated solutions.
Duties:
Projects are centered mostly on Go and API development that interacts with AWS
Work closely with the core team to modernize and automate release management, deployment processes and strategies covering Dev, Test, Stage, and Production environments and
Collaborate with team members in the improvement of CI/CD practices
