Core Technical Requirements:

  • Manage and support the company's SAP APO / IBP and PP modules.
  • Advanced knowledge of integrated business planning systems
  • Expertise in production planning and scheduling platforms
  • Deep understanding of demand forecasting and S&OP processes
  • Proven experience with modern SAP implementations and integration, including S/4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide planning solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement of supply chain planning processes
  • Orchestrate cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Provide expert-level system configuration and troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize business processes
  • Manage technical resources and external consultants
  • Ensure system stability and performance
  • Guide configuration changes and system enhancements
  • Champion best practices in supply chain technology
  • Resolve complex technical challenges independently

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of enterprise resource planning expertise
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience
  • Extensive background in process optimization
  • Proven track record in supply chain systems
  • Experience with cloud platform integration
  • Strong background in wholesale and retail operations
  • Ability and comfort level working fully remotely and collaborating with colleagues around the world

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Advanced supply chain planning systems

  • Demand forecasting tools

  • Cloud technologies

Education & Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
