  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Hansen Talent Group is seeking several experienced Business System Analysts to join an expanding team in Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate can work hybrid flexible schedules and has in-depth experience driving client product success.

The Business System Analyst will be responsible for serving as point of contact for stakeholders throughout IT projects, ensuring business units and technical team goals are in alignment.

Duties:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and analyze business requirements and goals during discovery meetings.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working with technical team leads to understand the needed technologies.
  • Provide regular and detailed project updates to the clients.
  • Ensure SLAs are defined for new projects and met.
  • Support UAT by defining user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure bugs and production issues are debugged prior to go-lives.
  • Analyze processes and products, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance to the stakeholder.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar field
  • Hands-on experience working with both internal and external stakeholders to elicit requirements
  • IT project experience
