A client of ours is seeking an experienced SAP SD Systems Analyst to join their technology team, focusing on order management and distribution systems integration. This role combines technical expertise with business process knowledge to deliver and maintain mission-critical applications that power our organization's sales and fulfillment operations.

The ideal candidate will lead the configuration and enhancement of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, specifically focusing on order processing, inventory management, and distribution systems. This position requires deep technical knowledge combined with strong business acumen to optimize our order-to-cash processes.

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive experience with enterprise-level order management systems
  • Deep understanding of available-to-promise and inventory allocation systems
  • Proficiency in electronic data interchange implementation and management
  • Expert knowledge of order processing, shipping, billing, and customer service workflows

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions for complex order management scenarios
  • Maintain system configurations and integrate with external platforms
  • Create detailed technical documentation and testing protocols
  • Lead system upgrades and enhancement projects
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integration projects
  • Provide tier-3 support for critical business operations
  • Research and implement system optimizations
