  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Network Engineer

Location: Pasco, WA

Duration: 6+ months

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Document, monitor, test, troubleshoot and implement new and existing wired and wireless network systems architecture
  • Implement secure network configurations and access controls standards
  • Analyze and remediate network vulnerabilities
  • Develop solutions to increase network service stability through automation, mature processes, and problem management techniques.
  • Monitoring of network uptime, availability, bandwidth utilization, configuration change monitoring and backups
  • Update documentation including network designs, assessments, inventories, circuit information, and private and public IP addressing
  • Assist in the management of the network device lifecycle including keeping apprised of patches, latest technologies, and End of Support / End of Life dates
  • Escalate issues where necessary to vendor support teams
  • Collaborate with vendors, MSPs, and internal stakeholders to provide and gather input on various initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT Operations SysAdmins and OT for network issue escalations
  • Follow up with stakeholders, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Provide 24 x 7 On-Call support as part of a rotating schedule, responding to alerts for all infrastructure, including network devices along with physical and virtual servers, escalating to SysAdmin s as needed..

Requirements

  • CCNP or equivalent/higher certification
  • High-Level problem solving and communication skills
  • Understanding of ITIL and Change Management concepts

Bonus Experience

  • Experience with CPwE architecture
  • Experience with networking in a manufacturing, utility company, or other environment with automation systems such as HMIs, VFDs, and PLCs.
  • Experience with HPE / Aruba wireless and switching
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley (Cisco) industrial switches
  • Experience with legacy network infrastructure refreshes
