  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A Salesforce Financial Services Cloud SME (Subject Matter Expert) designs, implements, and supports Salesforce solutions for financial services companies. They work with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions
  • Configure the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform
  • Support users and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Stay current with Salesforce technologies and industry trends

Required skills and experience

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
  • 15 year CRM focused IT experience of which recent 5-7 years experience with Financial Service Cloud across (at least 5 of the following):

Personalization, Onboarding, Compliance, Data sharing, Document management, Task management, Insights and Relationship segmentation

  • Experience in unlocking data from core banking and wealth platforms
  • Experience in AI to personalize engagement
  • Experience with declarative solutions, such as custom objects and workflows
  • Understanding of investment banking operations and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
