Job Description:
- 15+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials area.
- Hands On experience working as a Project Manager in the areas of Production Support, On-Call, Tickets resolution in a Severity/Priority levels and SLA driven model, Team management, Enhancements delivery, managing Month End, Quarter End and Year Ends
- Good understating of Project Costing, General Ledger, Asset Management, Labor Distribution, Sales & Earnings, ARBIGI etc.
- Should have worked in Production support activities and enhancement engagements.
- Should have performed Year End and Month End activities as part of Production support.
- Understanding of Table Structures of above modules, integration points and Dataflow etc.
- Working Experience in FSCM 9.2 and with People Tools 8.5x.
- Strong on experience in Oracle database and should have strong SQL skills.
- Strong hands on experience in driving & troubleshooting PeopleSoft issues.
- Should be experience in writing technical designed documents, unit and regression testing.
- Should have experience in Autosys batch scheduling in PeopleSoft environment.
- Should have strong experience in root cause analysis of recurring issues and provide permanent fix and work on IT driven enhancements.
- Good communication skills, Analytical skills, quick learner and process oriented with a higher customer orientation.
- Self-motivated team player willing to accept exciting new challenges and ready to explore.
