- High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to read, interpret, and comply with department procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to minimize errors.
- Valid motor vehicle operator's license according to North Carolina requirements.
- Possibility of obtaining a Commercial Driver's License if necessary.
