Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repair of fixtures, equipment, and systems across various trades.
  • Execute entry-level or journeyman-level responsibilities as assigned.
  • Follow duties and tasks assigned by the Maintenance and Environmental Safety Supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and required safety training as specified in the Safety Manual.
  • Communicate timely information related to safe work practices and non-compliance issues.
  • Utilize independent judgment in applying procedures, methods, and practices.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and comply with department procedures.
  • Attention to detail and ability to minimize errors.
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license according to North Carolina requirements.
  • Possibility of obtaining a Commercial Driver's License if necessary.
