Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the engineering department, setting the strategic direction and overseeing the execution of all projects.
2. Implement and maintain best engineering practices to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
3. Collaborate with other department heads to align engineering strategies with overall business objectives.
4. Oversee the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
5. Utilize modeling software to simulate, analyze, and optimize engineering designs and processes.
6. Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
7. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
9. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.
10. Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the engineering department.
