Responsibilities
- Can effectively communicate directly with customers
- Provide technical support to end-users by researching, troubleshooting issues, and providing answers to clients within defined SLAs
- Improve product usability by writing and maintaining documentation
- Create and maintain the education content to help Extole’s clients succeed
- Work with management to improve internal processes and achieve KPIs
- Help prioritize feature requests
- Execute on a queue of technical, client-related tasks. Including:
- Implement client-specific requirements within our Javascript-based creative bundle framework
- Making custom changes in CSS & HTML
- Automating common tasks
- Investigating integration and configuration errors
- Execute on technical runbooks to configure integrations such as generating DKIM keys and adding SFTP servers
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, RESTful APIs, and general web knowledge
- Ability to pick up new technologies and assess situations quickly
- Experience with Intercom or similar support platforms a plus
- Exercises listening and takes time to truly understand issues when addressing them
- Strong sense of ownership and high attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving, verbal communication, and critical thinking skills
- Interest in developing skills for a career in product management or engineering
- Positive demeanor and ability to communicate with customers
