Community Engagement Liaison - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Liaison. This role is essential in fostering positive relationships between our organization and the communities we serve. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that engage community members and drive participation in our programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders to promote the organization’s initiatives and foster collaboration
• Assist in planning, promoting, and executing community events that align with organizational goals and mission
• Serve as the primary contact for community inquiries, ensuring a professional and positive representation of the organization
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and local leaders to support outreach efforts and engagement
• Work with internal teams to design and implement community programs that address local needs and promote participation
• Provide regular updates on community engagement efforts, including outreach metrics, event success, and community feedback
• Act as an advocate for the community by raising awareness about important issues and opportunities through communication channels like social media, newsletters, and public speaking engagements
