Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support drivers while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Manage daily routes, optimize efficiency, and address coverage issues as they arise
- Serve as the primary contact for schools, resolving concerns and ensuring top-tier service
- Work closely with dispatch, safety, and fleet teams to maintain smooth operations
- Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, and incidents
- Maintain accurate administrative records and streamline operational processes
- A strong leader who holds drivers accountable while fostering positive relationships
- A quick-thinking problem solver who can prioritize and adapt in high-pressure situations
- An excellent communicator who ensures clear coordination with schools and staff
- A detail-oriented organizer comfortable with administrative tasks and process improvements
- Someone with a commitment to customer service and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in school bus transportation or a related field
- Knowledge of DOT and state regulations
- Proficiency with routing software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office
- CDL with School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
