About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Supervisor to oversee daily transportation operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and can build strong relationships with drivers, schools, and internal teams.

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 annually

Location: Fridley Terminal

Schedule: Flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support drivers while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Manage daily routes, optimize efficiency, and address coverage issues as they arise
  • Serve as the primary contact for schools, resolving concerns and ensuring top-tier service
  • Work closely with dispatch, safety, and fleet teams to maintain smooth operations
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, and incidents
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and streamline operational processes

  • CDL with School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
