- Hands-on PC support experience (3+ months)
- Imaging experience (USB or tools like SCCM)
- Windows 10 troubleshooting
Role Overview: Join our dynamic team as an IT Warehouse and Deployment Specialist! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of IT support, ensuring smooth operations within our IT warehouse and deployment activities. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch desktop support for IT warehouse and deployment activities.
- Manage tickets assigned through the ServiceNow ticket system.
- Fulfill warehouse requests, check in inventory, and ship hardware based on submitted requests.
- Update SAP for received and deployed IT hardware.
- Recover equipment, pick up computers, and handle mobility and peripheral equipment from onsite locations.
- Follow up with managers of offboarded employees to gather required information.
- Send out boxes and return FedEx labels for remote users.
- Process incoming return equipment and adhere to data retention practices.
- Deploy computer peripherals, set up monitors, and image computers.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in warehouse or stockroom activities.
- 2 years of experience with computer support.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Experience with MS Office 365 and associated applications.
- Familiarity with Incident Management Applications (ServiceNow, Remedy, ITSM).
- Familiarity with SAP.
Nice to Have:
- Associate Degree.
- Computer A+ certification.
