  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently looking for 'Dentist Clinical Workflow Subject Matter Expert' to support one of our clients with the following skills:

Title- Dentist Clinical Workflow Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Worksite: Oakland, CA or Rancho Cordova, CA (hybrid- 3 days per week)

A dentist clinical workflow subject matter expert (SME) is an expert in dentistry who provides specialized knowledge and understanding of dental office clinical workflows to help develop and implement ideal standard operating procedures and ensure standards of care are met.

Essential duties and responsibilities
Development and support of standard operating procedures and workflows for successful practice management system implementation
Participate in workgroup meetings as needed with technical staff, subject matter experts, and project leadership
Become an Epic Superuser providing support before, during, and after implementation
Work closely with Dental Director for ongoing clinical workflow processes improvement
Validate training and educational materials for Epic Community Connect offering
Serve as a technical and procedural clinical knowledge resource to company leadership, clinical staff, and administrative staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Document and preserve records and data, improving knowledge management
Ensure compliance with regards to regulations, standards, coding updates/changes
Conduct ongoing analysis as to inform decision-making and report on project status and performance

Manager Notes:

No Epic experience needed as long as the candidate have experience as a practicing and licensed Dentist in the US.
Candidates can be local to Sacramento as long as they can work up to 3 days per week in office.
Candidate must reside in the bay area and will work in a hybrid setting.

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $180,000 - $230,000
