Job Duties
$130,000 - $160,000 + commission

Job Duties
- Lead business development efforts in government defense, commercial satellite, and space launch sectors
- Develop product and company roadmaps, supporting startup founders in high-level strategy and market visibility
- Secure commercial and government letters of support, CRADAs, customer memorandum signatures, and key partnerships
- Grow and maintain a strong network across commercial, government, and civil sectors, from decision-makers to junior personnel
- Coordinate strategic press releases and public announcements to enhance market presence
- Support venture capital investor due diligence by demonstrating company traction and business development success
- Craft winning proposals and execute capture strategies for both government and commercial contracts
- Leverage deep expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and other business tools to create impactful presentations and reports
- 5+ years of business development experience in government contracting, commercial space, or aerospace
- Direct business development leadership at two or more A&D-focused startups
- Proven success in securing multimillion-dollar contracts and forging strategic partnerships
- Strong commercial, government, and civil networks, with connections ranging from decision-makers to junior personnel
- Experience helping startups ramp marketing, visibility, and market positioning
- Expertise in proposal writing, government procurement processes, and contract negotiations
- Background in supporting investor due diligence and corporate growth strategies
