  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time in office role as a Global Flight Coordinator at EVO Flight Services located in Las Vegas. The Global Flight Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating global flight operations, liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring seamless travel arrangement and coordination for customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • US citizen or green card or work visa
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures
  • Previous aviation experience required
  • Experience in flight arrangments and coordination preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency and familiarity with Google Suite and flight scheduling systems.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus
