Job Description:
As an Acquisition Associate at Green Beam Holdings, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating real property lease acquisitions. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our portfolio while helping property owners achieve the best value for their assets.
This is a 1099 commission-based position designed for entrepreneurial individuals who thrive in a results-oriented environment.

- Candidates must be comfortable with cold calling prospects (Leads, CRM, and Data Tools Provided).
Compensation Includes:
- Flat Fee Upon Deal Entry
- % Commission at Closing
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Conduct cold outreach to a provided list of property owners.
- Implement strategies to identify potential sellers.
- Research markets, analyze public records, and utilize industry databases to identify high-potential leads.
- Use cold calling, networking, and follow-ups to create a strong pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
2. Negotiation and Deal Management
- Work closely with property owners to negotiate favorable acquisition terms.
- Present offers, handle counteroffers, and ensure the smooth preparation of agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful transition of deals to closing.
- Provide excellent communication and support to property owners throughout the negotiation process.
3. Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system.
- Report on acquisition progress, pipeline updates, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure data accuracy and deal efficiency.
4. Relationship Building
- Build and nurture relationships with property owners and industry professionals.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.
Qualifications:
- Cold calling experience.
- Real Estate license preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or acquisitions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate lease agreements and market trends.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
