Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Workday Cutover Lead, to manage cutover planning and execution for a large-scale Workday SaaS ERP implementation. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring a seamless transition.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead cutover planning, execution, and risk mitigation.

  • Collaborate with technical, functional, and change management teams.

  • Manage Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement cutover activities.

  • Oversee release management, system remediation, and stakeholder communication.

  • Track and report cutover progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT project management experience.

  • 5+ years of Workday SaaS ERP implementation experience.

  • Expertise in cutover planning, change management, and release management.

  • Strong skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, and documentation.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

  • Prior experience in state or public sector projects preferred.

Note: Local candidates strongly preferred. Out of state candidates will be accepted for a 100% remote work schedule.
