Associate Brand Manager will assist the Brand team in planning, developing and implementing Ray-Ban marketing strategies

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists the brand team in the development and implementation of Brand and Trade Marketing Initiatives
  • Closely interacts with cross departmental teams, including global counterparts in Milan and local sales force, to ensure the execution of Brand Calendar activities and to maximize visibility to support brand growth
  • Support in store brand elevation program via permanent visibility implementation, seasonal campaign and store incentives
  • Support ecomm optimization: online merchandising, new collection story telling \ including Amazon brand page and A+ content
  • Manage B2B digital communication: newsletters, customer EDM
  • Active participant in Market Week 3 times per year, preparing all sample, meeting materials and showroom experience
  • Support brand event & activations: trade shows, B2B customer events
  • Assist in tracking marketing budgets, brand POS and promotional spending to ensure adherence to budget.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree; concentration in marketing, business management and/or communications preferred
  • 1-2 years marketing/brand experience, preferably working with lifestyles brand
  • Project management and time management skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Analytic skills
  • Strong presentation skills required
  • Equivalent combination of education and related experience
