Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary research using a variety of methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and literature reviews
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful insights and conclusions
  • Utilize statistical tools and software for data analysis

Evaluation Framework Development

  • Establish evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness and outcomes
  • Design and implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success

Report Generation

  • Prepare clear and concise research reports and evaluation findings
  • Communicate research results to internal and external stakeholders through written reports, presentations, and other mediums

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of research data through rigorous quality assurance processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings

Continuous Improvement

Project Management

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Research, Evaluation, Social Sciences, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus)
  • Proven experience in designing and conducting research studies and program evaluations
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate and reliable results

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with research ethics and protocols
  • Experience working in diverse research settings, including academic, non-profit, or government environments
