Urgent Hiring: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

We are urgently looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our client and work with a globally recognized client. If you have a passion for infrastructure automation, cloud technologies, and reliability engineering, we want to hear from you!

Location: Remote (USA)
Type: 6-Month Contract (with possible extension)

Primary Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and operate IaaS and PaaS infrastructure in Azure commercial and government clouds
Collaborate with development teams to define SLOs, SLAs, and SLIs
Contribute to platform services development, including architecture, provisioning, configuration, deployment, and support
Integrate with logging, monitoring, instrumentation, and incident management tools
Build/administer tools enabling engineering teams to monitor applications autonomously (Dashboards, APMs)
Participate in on-call rotations to support software and cloud infrastructure
Automate remediation of technical problems, self-healing, and real-time monitoring for production systems
Develop frameworks for performance and resiliency testing of platform services/tools
Automate alerts for performance, cost, security, and compliance metrics
Improve processes and champion automation to eliminate manual tasks

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with cloud service providers (preferably Azure)
4+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Pulumi
2+ years of experience in Kubernetes cluster setup and management
2+ years of experience with Kubernetes deployment tools (Helm, ArgoCD, Flux)
2+ years of experience with Container technologies like Docker
2+ years of experience supporting production cloud environments
2+ years of experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus)
Experience with source control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
Strong understanding of networking, internet protocols, and IAM
Willingness to be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Math, or Physics
Expert knowledge of Azure
Strong passion for infrastructure automation
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
