  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title: Senior SAP Project Manager

Duration: Fulltime/Long-term

Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid 3 days every alternate week)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage an SAP S/4 upgrade project, ensure the projects metrics are tracked and monitored to mitigate any risk or delay.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP S/4 upgrade project including HR, Payroll.
  • Manage SAP CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet ), SAP Payroll and SAP ECC Integration with SuccessFactors.
  • Manage projects from business case-to-implementation.
  • Project Management includes budget management, resource allocation, kick off meetings, project planning, project execution and control, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation.
  • Develop and track metrics and reports.
  • Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast cost of the project.
  • Develop project plans/scope/schedule and track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Submit weekly status reports with ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI data.
  • Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and non-technical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale IT Project/Program Management environment
  • Must have 5 years of SAP Project Management experience.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in SAP CATS, SAP Payroll and SAP ECC Integration with SuccessFactors.
  • Must have experience managing projects using metrics such as ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI.
  • Must have hands-on experience developing resource loaded schedules.
  • Must have experience managing budget/cost of the project and projecting monthly forecasts.
  • Ability to manage multiple high visibility projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with internal resources and external vendors
  • Must have good experience identifying and managing risks
  • Expert understanding of the Program Management processes and methodologies
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
