Salesforce Architect
The Salesforce Architect acts as a "trusted expert advisor" and Subject Matter Expert for technical services. They assess current systems, identify weaknesses, and review business processes. They provide design recommendations, conduct risk assessments, and suggest performance and security optimizations to align Salesforce implementation with best practices and business goals.
This role stabilizes Salesforce Orgs and addresses potential vulnerabilities. Responsibilities include making technical decisions, supporting team members, and ensuring task completion. The individual communicates effectively, offers best practice advice, and guides system configurations. They participate in daily sprints and stand-up meetings, monitor developer code changes, and determine solutions with timelines. They collaborate with designers, developers, network architects, security analysts, and program teams to maintain architectural standards. They prepare project models or diagrams and facilitate communication between customers and technical teams. Experience with Agile methodologies is required, and they must be available for on-call support, providing development and hands-on configuration as needed.
