Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Program Integrator/Weapon Systems Manager with skills in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for a hybrid (3 days/week onsite) position located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Responsibilities for the Program Integrator/Weapon Systems Manager:
Manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases from initial equipment request to long-term program sustainment, ensuring effective lifecycle management.
Conduct technical reviews and analysis for Letters of Request (LOR) and prepare Letters of Acceptance (LOA), including cost estimation and service requirements.
Coordinate research on foreign government requirements and ensure compliance with technology security, export controls, and system release regulations.
Develop and implement logistics programs, including procurement, transfer, and leasing of weapon systems and related technical documentation.
Oversee subcontractor and field service personnel efforts, resolving logistics issues, and standardizing parts for seamless support operations.
Qualifications for the Program Integrator/Weapon Systems Manager:
5-8+ years of relevant experience in logistics, acquisition, or FMS case management.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling sensitive and complex issues coupled with proficiency in various database systems and experienced in providing quality customer service to ensure mission success.
Effective communication with a wide range of groups including internal and external customers and high ranking government officials.
Familiarity with C5ISR (Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) Systems equipment (e.g., radios, Night Vision Devices, IT equipment) and military experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 *based on experience*
