We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Solution Architect - Core Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle ERP financial modules
and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing finance-related processes. The Functional Architect will work closely with business stakeholders to understand
their requirements and translate them into functional solutions within the Oracle ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Implementation:
Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle ERP financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
Develop and document detailed functional specifications and configurations.
Drive the end-to-end implementation process, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
Business Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and develop solutions to bridge gaps between current and desired states.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for users and stakeholders.
System Maintenance and Support:
Provide ongoing functional support and maintenance for Oracle ERP financial modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle financial applications.
Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
Process Optimization:
Analyze and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement best practices for finance-related processes.
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Project Management:
Lead and manage Oracle ERP financial projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a functional role working with Oracle ERP financial modules.
Technical Skills:
Deep functional knowledge of Oracle ERP financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets,Expenses,Cash Management).
Experience with Oracle ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
Strong understanding of financial processes and principles.
Proficiency in developing functional specifications and configuring Oracle ERP applications.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle ERP certification.
Experience with Oracle Cloud financial applications
