Position Overview
The SVP of Bridge Prime Power Solutions will be responsible for both the development and execution of our bridge power strategy, focusing on temporary or permanent load serving power generation solutions that are scalable and reliable to address immediate market demands and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the Bridge Power Solutions strategy to meet market demands and company goals.
- Identify growth opportunities within the U.S. markets and create actionable plans to capture market share.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including utility companies, independent power producers (IPPs), power generation technology and equipment providers, government entities, and industrial clients.
- Lead market analysis to identify potential customers, assess competition, and determine pricing strategies.
- Drive business development efforts, including RFP responses, contract negotiations, and customer presentations.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of bridge power projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Demonstrate expertise in delivering bridge power solutions for oil and gas operations, data centers, bitcoin mining operations, and other large industrial loads.
- Address the unique energy demands and operational challenges associated with these sectors by leveraging scalable and cost-effective power solutions.
- Build tailored solutions to support high-load applications with a focus on reliability and efficiency.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various power generation types, including both renewable (solar, wind, hydro) and non-renewable (natural gas, diesel, coal) energy sources.
- Maintain familiarity with key manufacturers and suppliers in the energy sector to ensure access to reliable and state-of-the-art equipment.
- Develop strategies that incorporate a mix of generation types to meet client needs effectively and sustainably.
- Build and manage a high-performing team dedicated to bridge power solutions.
- Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their potential.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Develop and manage budgets for the Bridge Power Solutions department. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and costs, to ensure profitability.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required and a master’s degree in business administration preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on power generation and/or temporary energy solutions.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale energy projects and delivering measurable business growth.
- Demonstrated experience working with oil and gas operators, data centers, bitcoin mining operations, and large industrial loads to develop and implement time-to-market power solutions incorporating purpose-fit power generation schemes (i.e., prime-to-backup, island-to-grid synchronized).
- Deep understanding of U.S. energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and customer needs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of both renewable and non-renewable generation types and leading manufacturers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing customer or project proposals.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methods. Willingness to travel domestically as required.
