Data Analytics and AI Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics and AI Product Manager to lead Advisory Products, Solution Development and Services Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of data analytics and AI products and services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to drive the successful implementation of data-driven solutions that enhance our business operations and customer experiences.

Job Description:

• Identifying Business and Customer Needs gather and analyze requirements to understand their needs pain points and success factors.


• Defining Product Vision product that aligns with the company's strategic goals and prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback, demands, and business objectives.


• Develop and deliver product roadmaps aligned to Business Strategy.


• Collaborating with Teams and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the product meets customer needs and business goals


• Managing the Product Lifecycle, oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation, requirements and development to launch and post-launch analysis


• Setting Success Metrics, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success


• Collaborate and partner with other product teams, developers, QA and Test Teams.


• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.


• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies and introduce new capabilities via POCs and Pilots.


• Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve bugs and ensure the final product meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data analytics and AI products, solutions and services, from ideation deployment, maintenance and support.


• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.


• Develop and implement strategies for data collection, processing, and analysis to support business objectives.


• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data analytics and AI models through rigorous testing and validation.


• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data analytics and AI solutions, making recommendations for improvements as needed.


• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and AI technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the organization.


• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


• Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.


• Proven experience in leading the delivery of data analytics and AI products and services.


• Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.


• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.


• Excellent product and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.


• Experience with Salesforce CRM.


• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
