  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client based in White Plains is seeking a Corp Payroll Director to join their staff- this is an onsite position- Must have been vaccinated for COVID or have a legal valid exemption- Report to VP of finance. MUST have multi- state experience- ADP exp is necessary (Workforce NOW is a plus) Understand Local, state and federal payroll tax laws. Ability to work independently with strong time mgmt and organization skills, ensuring al payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely every payroll cycle. Advanced knowledge of PC applications principally Excel and other MS office products.

Ensure that 7000 plus employees are paid timely, accurately and in compliance with state laws and company policies. Verifies that time records have been entered and imported into the payroll system accurately. Set up process, and verify off cycle checks, bonuses, voids and reissues. Run weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports for multiple business units and multiple departments. Develops recommends and imnplements process improvements when identified.
