Job Description
- Manage and track expenses to ensure accurate reporting and timely payments
- Maintain and manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary
- Reach out to customers to offer assistance and address inquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for team members, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Conduct research as needed to support various projects and initiatives
- Provide additional administrative support to team members as required
- Previous experience in an administrative support role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Gmail proficiency
- Excel proficiency
- PowerPoint proficiency
- Word proficiency
- Familiarity with Gmail, Trello, Google Calendar, Outlook, MarginEdge, Bill.com, and the Expedia website
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Background in Hospitality Industry
