- Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staff and client schedules for the delivery of autism services
- Inform families and Behavior Interventionists of schedule changes and update systems accordingly
- Find alternate coverage or work for Behavior Interventionists and arrange for PTO coverage
- Respond to staff and client inquiries regarding scheduling via phone and email
- Participate in regular meetings with the Clinical Services Scheduling Manager and other departments as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience
- Prior scheduling experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting or autism services provider
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle heavy call volume while maintaining excellent customer service
- Experience in a healthcare setting or at an autism services provider
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and well-organized approach to tasks
- Availability to work overtime, if required
