  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staff and client schedules for the delivery of autism services
  • Inform families and Behavior Interventionists of schedule changes and update systems accordingly
  • Find alternate coverage or work for Behavior Interventionists and arrange for PTO coverage
  • Respond to staff and client inquiries regarding scheduling via phone and email
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Clinical Services Scheduling Manager and other departments as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of customer service experience
  • Prior scheduling experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting or autism services provider
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle heavy call volume while maintaining excellent customer service
