Job Description:

Client is seeking an Industry Principal SAP SCM Consultant

As an Industry Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 13 years of experience with Information Technology.
The position would need travel to the client location, which is Richardson, TX
Preferred Qualifications:
13+ years of experience in SAP SCM implementation and Support programs
Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North America
Should have hands on about process integration and flow in managing master data, production planning, business forecasting and demand planning.
Should be well versed in demonstrated configuration skills in key areas like Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management and Warehouse Management
Candidate should have experience in writing Functional Specifications independently and should have good work experience dealing with critical projects
Must have experience in integration skills of FICO with MM, SD
Experience of at least 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:
o Requirement gathering
o Business process design
o SAP configuration
o RICEFW Functional design
o Systems and Integration Testing
o Resolving production issues
Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis
Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day
