  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Broomfield, CO looking to add a Manager, Application Development to their team. The role is a Direct Hire position.

***HYBRID (Onsite/Remote)***

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for designing, building, implementing, and supporting both vendor-packaged and custom internal solutions that enhance our client's core platform (Symitar) and other enterprise applications, in line with our strategic plan and technology roadmap.
  • This role leads the design, development, and delivery of business solutions aimed at optimizing operational efficiency through technology.
  • The manager oversees a team of core developers and collaborates with business units and internal IT teams to deliver enterprise solutions that meet the organization's operational needs, utilizing software delivery best practices.
  • Manages and supervises the core development team distributed across scrum teams and business lines.

Qualifications :

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience; B.S., Computer Science preferred.
  • Six (6) years' experience with financial institution technologies: Jack Henry (Symitar, Synapsys, Synergy, SymXchange, ARCU), MeridianLink, Encompass, Alkami, COTS, Image Center, OpCon, etc.
  • Experience in software development methodologies, version control, and testing practices.
  • Experience in leadership and people management experience with an emphasis on coaching, mentoring, guiding and motivating team members on project and product delivery and career / professional development.
