Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with extensive C2C (Corp-to-Corp) sales experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in US Staffing/Bench Sales, demonstrate a proven track record of stability, and possess a deep understanding of the US staffing industry. This role requires a results-oriented individual who is passionate about building relationships, driving revenue, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive C2C sales by identifying and placing IT consultants with clients and vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to secure new opportunities.
  • Effectively market the bench consultants and generate opportunities for placement.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and partners.
  • Track and manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring successful placement of consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage the onboarding process and address any client concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to meet market demands.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in US Staffing/Bench Sales with a focus on C2C placements.
  • Strong tenure with prior employers (minimum 2+ years at each of the last two organizations).
  • Excellent understanding of IT technologies, trends, and job market demands.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other relevant software.
