Job Description:

Support the International Patient Services Team by assisting Case Managers with patient referrals, data updates, tracking case status, and patient/physician outreach. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and provide ongoing communication to the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 5+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical experience
  • Strong case management and reimbursement background
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of case management experience preferred
  • Patient-focused and empathetic
