  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Experience Level: 8+ Years

Job Qualifications:

  • Amazon Connect Expertise: Knowledge of Contact Lens, advanced routing, AWS Lex, Polly, APIs, and integrations with Lambda, SQS, etc.
  • AWS Experience: Strong with AWS infrastructure, including ECS, S3, Lambda, Dynamo DB.
  • Technical Skills: Java, Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD (Terraform, Jenkins), security protocols.
  • CRM and Integrations: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Verint WFM systems.
  • Additional: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and experience with AWS security best practices.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years in Contact Center technologies and Cloud Architecture.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS.
  • 2+ years of experience using Terraform.

Education:

  • Bachelor s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
