About the role
The position is at a tech company. The Manager of Talent Acquisition oversees a high-performing team dedicated on obtaining outstanding talent. You will face challenging hiring problems ranging from growing specialist positions to improving applicant experience in a competitive market. By managing the Talent Acquisition team and driving strategic hiring and employer branding, you will guarantee our company obtains world-class talent, which will directly fuel our objective to modernize and change global banking.
Responsibilities
- Lead and build the Talent Acquisition team by establishing strategic hiring targets and ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
- Create and optimize recruiting strategies that use data-driven insights to attract top talent.
- Oversee the whole recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Drive continual process improvement in recruiting processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a consistent applicant experience.
- Collaborate with recruiting managers and executives to estimate hiring requirements, optimize interview procedures, and establish a disciplined hiring framework.
- Immerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies for businesses and investors, our regulatory-first strategy, and more!
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with full-cycle in-house recruitment.
- 3+ years of experience directing a TA team.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere with a strong tendency towards action.
- You use a data-driven approach to recruiting, employing metrics from diverse systems, tools and processes to develop and optimize your search, outreach, and closing strategies.
- You can effectively communicate and cooperate with stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- You have a candidate-first mindset, a history of supporting outstanding candidate experiences, and a demonstrated ability to develop long-term and positive connections with prospects.
- You have an established track record of effectively closing talent for a variety of professions and creating outstanding, long-term placements.
- You have made significant contributions to recruitment program design, process improvements, and project execution.
Pay: $170k to $190k annually.
