Primary Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of Voice services to include VoIP, telephone lines, audio conference bridges and toll-free numbers
- Troubleshoot help tickets as they come in ensuring response within 24 hours of ticket receival and end user satisfaction
- Maintain and track inventory utilizing database to include end of life/obsolete equipment and scheduling refreshment of said equipment
- Keep up with industry standards and changes to ensure organization is utilizing best technology available to fit business needs
- Interact with vendor management to determine and resolve customer issues
- Use database information to extract reports on monthly operational, revenue and cost metrics
- Monitor, measure, and report on project progress to management, vendors, and clients, including presentations
- Knowledge and application of project management best practices
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Experience with formal presentations to team members and management
- Documenting and maintaining procedural and process instructions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in technical field or equivalent education and/or experience
- 5+ years of related work experience required, with prior experience in technical and/or project management.
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust.
