  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Application Analyst (Payment Processing)

Location: Middletown, PA - primarily remote with some onsite visits

Duration: 6m CTH

Candidate is responsible for assisting in all aspects of planning, managing, implementing and supporting EFT Payment platform for new members/clients, new services, new software applications, upgrades, member/client changes and other projects as assigned. They will also be responsible for providing second level technical support to members/clients and internal departments.

Requirement

Primary Responsibilities includes:

  • Provide technical and operation support for all payment service production application. Assist in all disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Test and troubleshoot software applications and software procedures.
  • Performs analysis and testing of software applications related to changes, upgrades, enhancements and R&D. Serve as project lead for implementations as assigned.
  • Communicate with vendor and regards to evaluation, purchase, implementation and support. Recommend and justify to management new software application and processes.
  • Possess and demonstrate competent and thorough knowledge of products and services to support internal stuff and members / clients.
  • Assist with budgetary planning and review of software purchase and upgrades.
  • Attend and/or conduct meeting with members/client for purpose of instruction and/or sales opportunity.

Seeking candidates with :

  • Associate s degree or equivalent from 2 years college or technical school; or 5 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Accredited ACH professional (AAP) and National Check Professional (NCP) certifications preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Outlook, Office 365, Word, Excel), general internet knowledge, power point, web presentation software, (Webex, Zoom etc.)
  • Word processing, spreadsheets, General ledger, internet software, email, database software, Core system processing, ACH, wire, and check processing platform knowledge
