Position Details:
Title: Tech Support_AWS
Location: Toronto, ON- Onsite (5x/week)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract with potential to extension and conversion
Compensation: $45-$50/hour
Interview Process: 1-2 Rounds
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on VIP or executive support.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems, hardware, mobile device management, and common enterprise software applications, including ticketing systems (such as ServiceNow).
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-level executives, and other IT teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a active approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, MS Certified Professional (MCP), or Cloud Technologies (AWS). On-Call: Requires On-Call 7 day per week
