  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
  • Certified Scrum Master certification
  • Experience in a Scaled team environment
  • Hands on experience gained through at least 3-5 years in a Scrum Master role.
  • 5 years experience in a software development role in the financial services industry, preferably Involving cross-team dependencies.
  • Strong understanding of Trade Life Cycle, trade workflows of Equity/ETF, Fixed Income and Mutual Funds. Strong understanding of Wealth Management.
  • Technical/Vendor Product skills:
  • Windows Operating System Environment o Microsoft Office Products o JIRA o Confluence o Planview and Rally a plus Preferred qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently, and also collaborate with all types of stakeholders, both technical and business, peers, and leaders.
  • Ability work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn new technologies.
  • Strong customer focus with a sense of ownership and determination to drive solutions in a collaborative environment.
  • Talent to communicate well with your teams, both verbally and written
