  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Generalist with expertise in Paylocity to support our HR technology operations on an interim basis. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of all Paylocity modules, including Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting, and will be responsible for system configuration, administration, and support.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Paylocity across all modules (Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting)
  • Manage system updates, integrations, and troubleshooting as needed
  • Support HR teams with system-related inquiries and technical assistance
  • Conduct data audits and ensure HRIS data integrity and compliance
  • Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives within Paylocity
  • Provide ad hoc AMS support if a separate resource is not available
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize system functionality

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Paylocity HRIS (must be proficient in all modules)
  • Strong understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting processes
  • Ability to configure and customize HRIS systems to meet business needs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
