  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Vaccination / Background Check / Drug Test:

Remote / On-site / Travel:

  • Hybrid role: two weeks on-site, two weeks remote.
  • On-call rotation every 6-8 weeks during the on-site week (5 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday, and weekends if needed).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • MUST HAVE ShiftWizard, a workforce management solution that integrates with Workday. It is primarily used to help organizations manage employee scheduling, time tracking, and labor cost optimization.
  • 5+ years of Workday experience, with hands-on implementation and support.
  • Expertise in Supply Chain Management workstreams, including Financial Accounting, Business Assets, Banking Settlements, Expenses, Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts, Inventory, Procurement, and FIN Reporting.
  • Experience with integrations using Workday Studio for purchase orders and layout.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
  • Experience in Workday Reporting and creating custom reports.
  • Knowledge of functional design and configuration in Workday modules related to supply chain and financial processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to business units, troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Implement Workday enhancements based on business needs.
  • Build and generate reports using Workday tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the integration team to manage integrations with other systems.
  • Document system configurations and solutions for future reference.
